Week 9 - Gratitude Journey - Something I Use Daily

We are back for another week of the Gratitude Journey. Each week is a different topic to reflect on and make us more grateful.

THIS WEEK: Something I Use Daily 


At first, I was going to pick my phone because it is something that I use daily. But recently at work one of my co-worker's binder went missing and eventually thrown away. After talking to him it was a binder that had everything fitness in it. Everything from his certification along with notes that he has had over the years.

I felt for him so much. I told him that I keep everything on the Evernote app. I love it because I keep everything from blog stuff to workouts to all our old addresses. Good and bad my whole life is in Evernote.

I use Evernote for all my address because since we move a lot and can't remember them all. I have tons of notebooks ranging from fitness workouts for each muscle group to types of workouts. Some are ideas that I need to put into action along with a marketing plan for this space.

Some of the notebooks that I need to be more constant with using is prayer, work, and gratitude journal.

Then he said something that instantly made me anxious. He said to imagine the app disappeared and we couldn't' get any of the information back. I had thought about it but never to the fact that we could never get the information back. I have been debating on putting this in multiple locations but still debating on what I want to do.

What is something you use daily that you are grateful for?

  1. Oh my gosh, yes, what if the app does go away?! Eeek! I have all of my addresses in a lil holder HANDWRITTEN on note cards. Yea, how old school, am I? Ha!

    But I think that the one thing that I use daily & that I'm grateful for is Spotify. Every single day I am using it to listen to something, it's one of my most favorite things EVER! :)
